We are a mental health practice in New Haven County. We have been serving our community for 17 years. We focus on culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

The Role

You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will work with a diverse client population. You will join a team of clinicians who support each other.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 3–4 days in-person at our Woodbridge office
• 1–2 days remote

Pay

• Base salary: $60,000–$65,000
• Total compensation of $70,000–$75,000 through supervisory roles

Requirements

• Active Connecticut license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Experience or training in trauma-informed care
• Comfort working with clients from different backgrounds
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
