We’re seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to join our growing clinical team. What You’ll Do

As a BCBA or BCaBA, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Supervising and training Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Analyzing behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust programming as necessary.
  • Collaborating with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Leading parent training and caregiver support sessions to empower families.
  • Completing clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and insurance requirements.
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Required:BCBA and/or BCaBA Certification
  • The ability to pass a background check and meet Medicaid requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • The ability to follow structured plans and accept feedback with professionalism.
  • Patience, reliability, and a commitment to ethical practices.
  • Basic data collection and technology skills for accurate documentation.

Where You’ll Work

Our services are delivered in a variety of settings to best support our clients, including schools, homes, and community environments. This role requires active engagement, including sitting, standing, and assisting with client movement as needed.
