Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Travel Contract

Lawrenceville, GA 30046

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week (5x8s)

Position Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and care coordination for patients in an acute hospital setting. The LCSW collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support patient well-being, facilitate access to community resources, and ensure continuity of care throughout hospitalization and discharge planning

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within specialty
• Active Georgia LCSW license required
• Acute hospital experience required

Additional Information

• No local candidates within 50 miles
