Kids First is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Alaska team. This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility of telehealth services combined with required in-person supervision and client support.The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and providers. Monthly travel within Alaska is required for in-person supervision, assessments, and client support as needed. Location: Alaska (Hybrid – Telehealth & In-Home)Schedule: Full-TimeTravel: Monthly in-state travel requiredResponsibilities:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive evaluationsDevelop individualized, data-driven treatment plansProvide clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB standardsDeliver parent training (minimum 2 hours monthly when clinically appropriate)Provide direct services and supervision via telehealth and in-home settingsTravel monthly for in-person client supervision and supportMaintain timely and accurate documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, session notes)Ensure treatment plans meet insurance and medical necessity requirementsCollaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providersParticipate in team meetings and ongoing professional development About Kids FirstAt Kids First, we are committed to creating a world where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
