About The Role
ABA Dynamic is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy. We serve a diverse community and are seeking candidates who can support effective communication between clients, families, and clinical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments
- Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus where it supports client communication needs
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting
- Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development
- Partner with caregivers to reinforce learning
- Complete accurate session documentation
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible scheduling
- Competitive compensation - $20-29/hr
- Training and supervision provided
