CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc. has a career opportunity in the health and human services field working as a FT Counselor / Case Manager for our Family Action Program in the Putnam County area. We are looking for professionals to work with at-risk youth and their families, providing excellent counseling services and developing partnerships through collaboration with organizations in the community. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or other behavioral sciences preferred.
• Experience in counseling children, adolescents, providing family interventions and parenting education.
• Strong background in counseling and experience in functioning as part of an interdisciplinary team preferred.
• Working knowledge of family systems, case management interventions and adolescent development preferred
• Experience working in crisis stabilization/ intervention preferred.
• Previous experience working with adolescents and at-risk families.
