IT Firm seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant / Dispatch Coordinator with a background in an IT support environment. Duties and qualifications would include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Punctuality and time management skills are a must
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Geographical knowledge of service areas or map reading skills
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ability to direct and coordinate technicians and prioritize client issues accordingly based on severity
  • Strong verbal skills to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Communicates effectively using professional phone etiquette
  • Exhibit a positive attitude when working with clients and technicians
  • Previous dispatching, project management or schedule coordinating experience is a plus

Administrative duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties or take messages
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Read and analyze incoming correspondence to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Perform general office duties
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other documents using Word, spreadsheets, database or presentation software.
