Job Summary:

Join our team as a Behavioral Health Therapist in a Primary Care setting located in Manhattan, NY.
This full-time role requires working Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts.
The position involves conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while utilizing electronic medical records for documentation.

Requirements:

Hold a valid New York State license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
Advanced degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field.
Experience with diverse populations, including serious mental illness and substance use disorders.
Strong organizational skills for managing patient assessments and treatment plans.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish or an Asian language is a plus.

Qualifications:
