- Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
- Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
- Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
- Bellevue Outpatient
Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s-focused programs.
Details
- Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Inpatient Adolescent; Average 16 encounters per day.
- Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.
- Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
- Work-Life Balance: 1:4 weekend rounding in person & once per week evening call by phone only.
- Leadership and Growth Opportunities: Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested.
- Unit or Service Line Directorship: Available for those interested (includes additional stipend).
- Bonus structure: Additional earnings potential through productivity bonus plan and additional call & weekend shifts.

- Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
- Certification: BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required).
- Certification: BE/BC General Psychiatry (required); BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry (strongly preferred).
- Licensure: Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
- Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
