Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist
BCBA-Owned Small Clinic – Northeast Houston
We are a small, BCBA-owned ABA clinic that values relationships with clients, clinical quality, and a supportive team environment. Because of our size, we’re able to collaborate closely, provide consistent support, and focus on doing meaningful work with our clients and their families.
Our current caseload is primarily older children and adolescents with moderate to high behavioral needs. We focus on functional communication, independence, daily living skills, and helping our clients participate more fully in their real lives.
Our Clinical Style
- Naturalistic, rapport-based sessions (NET over excessive table work)
- Movement, engagement, and real-world skill building
- Teaching that is functional, respectful, and individualized
- A team approach — BCBAs are on site and available for support
- Safety matters: staff are never expected to manage high-risk situations alone
We want sessions to be structured, purposeful, and also enjoyable. We’re looking for someone who can be creative, stay calm during challenging behaviors, and help clients grow without being intimidated by the work.
