Bright Spark ABA is hiring compassionate individuals for Part-time ABA Technician (ABAT) role working In Client Homes. Current BCAT, ABAT and RBT are welcome to apply.

We are offering paid 5 Hour supplemental training - Required for RBT certified individuals or if you completed 40-hour RBT Course in the last 2 years.

Opportunities:

Flexible Scheduling: Part-time hours available (4 hours or less per day) depending on client need. As client base grows Technicians may choose to schedule more hours based on client availability. Summer break 20 - 30 hours per week.

Core Responsibilities (Based on the QABA Board's ABAT Scope of Practice):

Implement treatment and behavior reduction plans developed by a QBA/LBA Supervisor.

Work direct 1:1 in client homes.

Accurately collect and record data on client progress.

Engage clients in a fun, natural environment, and play-based setting.

Maintain open communication with your supervisor and client families.

Minimum Requirements for Job Application:

Minimum of a High School Diploma / College Student / College Degree.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must pass a criminal and background checks (required for ABAT credential).

Must have Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to visit client homes.

A passion for working with children, teens, and a willingness to learn evidence-based treatment in Applied Behavior Analysis

Prior experience in child-care services, is a plus

Knowledge in Mental health, Psychology, and ABA Therapy are all ++

Compensation (W2)

$20 - $22/ hour depending on qualification and experience

Reimbursable mileage and drive time between clients - 70 cents/mile + wage
