We are looking for an individual with experience and a proven track record in Independent and Assisted Living sales to fulfill our Community Relations Coordinator position. We believe that taking pride in everything we do for our residents is a calling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for calling on all potential and current referral sources, local healthcare providers and trusted advisers.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate and network with key referral sources.
- Creates and conducts effective presentations of the Communities unique factors and competencies.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referral, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, e-mail and networking.
The selected candidate will perform the following functions:
- Collaborate with an amazing and successful sales staff who understand the team approach to selling.
- Be an ambassador to the surrounding neighborhood and community.
Who we’re looking for:
- Prefer 5+ years of sales experience preferably in Assisted and Independent Senior Living.
- A relationship building who enjoys forming connections within and outside our organization.
- A team player who is collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven sales leader who is also attuned to dynamics of working within a larger organization.
