We are actively hiring Licensed Mental Health Clinicians for full-time and part-time W2 opportunities in the Bay Area (Oakland & surrounding counties).

Immediate openings (2–5 positions only) | Start Date: May 1, 2026

Immediate caseload – start seeing clients within the first week

Compensation & Benefits

- $45–$55/hour (based on experience & licensure)
Annual package: full benefits
Biweekly pay
Flexible schedule (10–25 hours/week for part-time)
Opportunity to grow into full-time

Role Overview
Conduct mental health assessments
Provide individual therapy & counseling
Deliver evidence-based interventions
Maintain clinical documentation
Collaborate with care teams & case managers
Participate in case reviews and care planning

Work within a collaborative care model supporting Medi-Cal and community-based populations.

- Requirements
Active California license:
LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist
Ability to start immediately (May 2026 preferred)
Strong communication & documentation skills
Passion for working with diverse and underserved populations
