Job Summary

Step into a leadership role where your expertise is respected, your creativity is valued, and your clinical impact extends beyond individual sessions. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at TAG, you’ll design meaningful, developmentally aligned interventions that empower children, families, and clinicians.

At TAG, we believe ABA should be relationship-centered, naturalistic, and grounded in real-life experiences. We blend evidence-based practices with developmental principles through play, project-based learning, and collaborative care to help children thrive in authentic, functional ways.

Our programming often incorporates art, music, sensory play, cooking, gardening, games, and other meaningful activities that foster communication, regulation, connection, and growth — not just compliance.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs
  • Mentor and support RBTs in delivering high-quality, naturalistic intervention
  • Guide families with compassion and practical strategies
  • Help shape a collaborative, growth-oriented clinical culture

If you are thoughtful, flexible, clinically strong, and passionate about developmental, relationship-driven ABA, TAG is where your leadership can thrive.
