Join our dynamic mental health team as a Clinical Supervisor – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In this vital leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise a team of licensed and associate social workers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. Duties

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and patient care.
  • Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Oversee case management activities including crisis management,
  • Conduct regular clinical audits to ensure quality assurance in medical documentation, records management, and adherence to medical terminology standards.
  • Facilitate staff training on topics such as trauma-informed care for PTSD
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate behavioral health assessments and social work best practices.

Requirements

  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with active state certification.
  • Proven supervisory experience managing clinical teams within behavioral health or social work settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of substance abuse behavioral therapy techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing.
  • Experience working with diverse populations of patients with SUD & Alcoholism
  • Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and data collection; proficiency in medical terminology and records management is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance standards related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations while managing complex case loads effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills combined with a passion for mentoring staff in clinical best practices; demonstrated success supervising social work or mental health professionals is preferred.
