Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Arlington, TX. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting psychological testing, offering mental health support, providing counseling, and supervising clinical practices as needed. The role involves working directly with clients to develop tailored treatment plans and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of psychological care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and expertise in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Mental Health care
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing and interpreting results for effective diagnoses
- Experience in Clinical Supervision to support and guide staff or trainees
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and patient care excellence
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
