Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Responsible to: Senior BCBA
About & Mission: The role is clinic-based only, working with young children in a small-group setting rather than 1:1, in an environment that feels very similar to a school setting.
To support and enhance our integrated services model by delivering and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis that is individualized, collaborative, and aligned with our mission of providing a refined, high-touch experience for every family. This organization provides an integrated ABA and Speech model focused on creating a supportive, seamless experience for families navigating autism services. Compensation & Perks:
- Full-Time Salary: $85,000–$100,000 base (based on experience level)
- Part-Time: $85–$95/hour (candidate being presented at $95/hour)
- $5-10K Sign-On Bonus!!!
- Up to $6,000 annual performance bonus (FT, based on 25 billable hours/week)
- Unlimited PTO (FT)

- No weekend requirements
- Only two closing shifts per week (10:15 AM–6:45 PM)

Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification with licensure in Maryland OR Virginia upon hire
- Current CPR certification
- Experience serving children with autism spectrum disorder, with early intervention experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that build clarity and confidence for families
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly within an integrated ABA and Speech model
