Looking to work somewhere that feels more human and less corporate?
At Essential Speech and ABA – Prosper, we’re a small, locally owned early intervention center focused on kids - not productivity quotas. We work with children up to age six and intentionally keep our center small (max 12 clients) so everyone gets the attention they deserve - including our staff.
Our therapy is naturalistic, play-based, and centered on building communication and self-advocacy skills. RBTs here are respected professionals, trusted collaborators, and an essential part of the team.
Active RBT Certification Required: Candidates must possess a current, valid RBT certification through the BACB at the time of application.
