Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for an LPCC clinician who is:
- Passionate about working with neurodiverse clients (ADHD, Autism, sensory differences, twice-exceptional adults, etc.) in a group practice setting.
- Is LGBTQIA+ allied
- Excited to grow under supervision and refine their clinical voice
- Interested in building a caseload aligned with their strengths and passions
Note: We do not provide substance use treatment as a primary focus.
The Role
We work with you to identify the populations you feel most energized by and help build a caseload aligned with those strengths. You’ll provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth to clients across Colorado.
You will:
- Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Uphold HIPAA and ethical standards
- Participate in weekly individual supervision (toward licensure)
- Participate in peer consultation
- Communicate professionally with clients and the team
Compensation & Benefits
- $36 per billable hour

Minimum Requirements
- Active Colorado LPCC
- Graduate degree in a licensable mental health field
- Colorado resident
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable internet connection
- Private, professional space for telehealth sessions
Strongly Preferred
- Interest in working with neurodiverse populations
- LGBTQIA+ affirming clinical framework
- Additional training in a modality you’re passionate about
- Desire to develop a niche and grow within a practice long-term
