This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity where you will work with a supportive team in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that values both patient care and employee growth.About the RoleAs a Licensed Counselor, you will play a key role in providing outpatient behavioral health services. This includes:Facilitating group therapy sessions Providing individual counseling and support for a diverse patient populationDeveloping, implementing, and monitoring treatment plansCompleting documentation and maintaining accurate, detailed patient notesWalking the facility, supporting staff where needed, and assisting with training and reportsEnsuring patients remain on track with their treatment goals and care plansThis role requires flexibility, as no two days are the same.
