If that's you, we want to meet you.---ABOUT THE SCHEDULEWe are specifically building out our evening and weekend availability to create appointment slots that work for kids and teens outside of school hours. Your schedule will be set and consistent, not constantly shifting, so you can build strong relationships with your clients and still have a life outside of work. You will work primarily with children and adolescents, though there is flexibility to expand your scope if desired.Responsibilities include:- Providing individual therapy with a focus on children and teenagers- Conducting intake sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation in our upgraded Electronic Health Record (EHR) system- Participating in biweekly 90-minute case consultations- Participating in weekly or biweekly clinical supervision- Enjoying 1.5 hours of paid self-care time every two weeks (because we practice what we preach)- Optional opportunities to provide family therapy, group therapy sessions, or off-site community therapy if desired---TRAINING AND GROWTHWe invest heavily in our therapists. You will have access to ongoing training opportunities, strong clinical supervision, and a clear path to supervisory leadership if that is the direction you want to grow.
