Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Missouri. The BCBA will assess clients' needs, design and implement behavior intervention plans, oversee treatment programs, and provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Additional responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, training caregivers, and ensuring compliance with ABA therapy best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Knowledge of Psychology as it relates to behavior interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with caregivers, staff, and other stakeholders
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and licensure in Colorado
• Ability to work onsite in Missouri, with a flexible and adaptive approach
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
