Job Title: Lead BCBA of Field Services
Company: Gradual Behavioral Health
Location: North Metro Atlanta, GA (Hybrid — in-home, community, telehealth)
Employment Type: Full-time
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
About the Role
The Lead BCBA of Field Services is the senior clinical leader of our field organization. You will run day-to-day field operations, supervise our RBT team, carry a meaningful clinical caseload, and partner directly with our COO on the decisions that shape care delivery and growth.
The role evolves with the practice. Early on, you will carry a direct caseload of 18 to 22 billable hours per week alongside supervision. Hiring a second BCBA is a near-term priority; once that hire is in place, direct hours taper toward 8 to 12 and the role shifts toward field leadership, supervision oversight, and program quality.
This is a growth seat. As GBH adds clinical pods and BCBA staff, the Lead BCBA is positioned to grow into Clinical Director of Field Services.
