Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time / PRN / Flexible Schedule
Atlanta House Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a part-time, PRN/as-needed basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who is looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to help shape and grow a behavioral support program from the ground up. As our BCBA, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing our developing behavior support services program, including conducting assessments, developing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs), guiding care strategies, and supporting quality behavioral services for clients and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and intake evaluations
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance for behavioral support services
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Train and support staff on behavioral strategies and interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards
- Assist in developing and strengthening the agency’s behavioral health program and services
Qualifications
- Active Board Certification as a BCBA
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing environment

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour
