• You MUST be local to the Hayward area (94545) (No exceptions!)
• You have 2+ years of face-to-face marketing, in-person sales, and professional relationship-building experience specifically w/in healthcare (Home health or caregiving experience is a massive PLUS!)
• You have at least 2+ years of verifiable work history with the same employer in the U.S.
• You can pass a comprehensive fingerprint scan and drug screen on Day 1 (No exceptions!)
• You own a highly reliable vehicle and are ready to drive throughout Fremont, Union City, and the Tri-Valley area

Your Job Duties:

• Visit hospitals, rehab centers, and senior facilities to forge deep relationships with crucial referral partners (Nurses, Social Workers, Discharge Planners)
• Represent our premium brand across the Fremont and surrounding communities
• Attend events, job fairs, and local meet-ups to stay top-of-mind
• Set your own weekly outreach strategy, then go make it happen
• Keep close tabs on healthcare trends, local leads, and emerging opportunities

Your Territory & Schedule:

• The Hub: Travel in and around 94545 [Hayward, Union City, Fremont]
• The Routine: Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm (with occasional weekend events as needed)
