Contract Outpatient:(Bilingual only) LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA

B's Effort Changing Counseling, PLLC is seeking a bilingual independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA) to join our team. This is a contract position. Position includes providing individual therapy to adults and children, family therapy as needed. Must complete documentation within 72 hours of seeing the patient. Conducts counseling or therapeutic interviews to assist individual to gain insight into personal problems, define goals, and plan action reflecting interest, abilities, and needs.

Work entails a combination of in person and telehealth support provided to clients. Ability to make your own schedule.

Roles include:

• Initial evaluation of new clients with assessment and formulation of goals
• Facilitate individual or family coaching through weekly sessions
• Manage a caseload of members and monitor engagement, progress, outcomes, and document sessions in case files.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and promptness during the session, throughout the course of sessions, and during various technology interfaces with member
• Attending team meetings, coaching syncs, and other related meetings
• Maintain HIPAA and privacy standards and/or as determined by funding and accreditation
• Therapist have a flexible schedule; however, contract expectations are ten clients a week.
• We are requesting in person and with the option to work remotely simultaneously.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
