Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
This position is located in Brick, NJ.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a per diem BCBA to provide behavioral consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in New Jersey. Flexible hours. In-home, community, and program-based settings.
Responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs
Train staff and families on behavior plans
Supervise RBTs or behavior staff
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Maintain timely documentation
Requirements of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Active BCBA certification
NJ LBA or APC (preferred)
Experience with IDD population
Reliable transportation and ability to travel
