WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an RBT with Superstar Kids Services, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs while making a lasting impact every single day.

Your Responsibilities Include:
✔ Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, daycare, and community settings

✔ Implementing treatment plans created by supervising BCBAs

✔ Teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills

✔ Supporting positive behavior change through individualized strategies

✔ Collecting session data and tracking client progress

✔ Collaborating with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors

✔ Participating in ongoing supervision and training opportunities

✔ Creating fun, engaging, and supportive learning environments for children

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification REQUIRED

Active Medicaid Provider - preferred

Passion for working with children and families

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Strong communication and professionalism

ABA experience preferred — but motivated and compassionate new RBTs are welcome to apply!
