MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Home care or health care industry experience preferred, though not mandatory depending on knowledge base
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology, marketing/sales, basic recruiting, and/or scheduling
- Must have a reliable means of transportation with current insurance and a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft office), attention to detail and grammar, and be able to learn new applications/platforms with ease.
- Must pass a national/expanded criminal background check.
- Excellent organizational skills as well as attention to detail and be able to multitask, exercise initiative, problem solve and apply sound judgment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow and manage the recruiting and interviewing of care staff candidates
- Lead and manage caregiver orientation, including updates to program as needed
- Diligently maintain detailed reports, complete data entry
- Complete assessments as needed
- Develop and implement detailed written care plans
- Assign and schedule caregivers to clients
- Manage call-offs to ensure client coverage
- Regularly communicate with clients, families, designated client representatives
- Supervise caregivers
- Attend and host health fairs and job fairs as needed
- Perform scheduled and non-scheduled in-home client supervisory visits
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management and as needed
