Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Demonstrated experience with moderate to severe special education populations

Previous work with elementary-aged students, ideally in grades K-2

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Understanding of IEP implementation and data collection processes

Your Role Will Include:

Providing one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions

Assisting lead teachers with classroom management for students with intensive needs

Collecting and recording data on progress and behaviors

Supporting ISE (Individualized Specialized Education) goals for each student

Maintaining open communication with educational staff and families
