Job Summary

A pediatric behavioral services organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Behavioral Specialist to join a growing clinical team supporting children and families throughout the Detroit, MI area. The ideal candidate will have experience developing individualized treatment programs, supervising clinical services, and collaborating with families and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized behavioral treatment plans
• Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments
• Supervise direct care staff and provide clinical guidance
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or related field
• Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous supervisory or case management experience preferred
