- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- 6-6.5 hours per day (depending on assignment)
- Immediate start through June 12, 2026, with the possibility to extend into the following school year
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Demonstrated success supporting students with significant behavioral needs
- Experience working intensively with high-needs populations
- Comfort adapting to changing schedules and classroom environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based support
- Deliver direct 1:1 intervention for students with externalizing behaviors
- Collaborate with educators and team members to design and implement intervention plans
- Assist teachers and staff with broad behavioral support across classrooms or sites when not providing direct student support
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and student progress
