- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience providing ABA therapy, ideally in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in both 1:1 and group settings
- Implement behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
- Foster a supportive environment for students to achieve behavioral and educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families regarding student needs and outcomes
- Adapt interventions to multiple settings, from individual sessions to classroom support
