Outpatient Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

About the Position:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join our outpatient mental health practice in Scottsdale, Arizona and our new location in Phoenix Arizona. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for patients with mental health conditions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, TMS Therapy, Ketamine/Spravato Treatment
• Provide psychotherapy and supportive counseling as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona NP license (or ability to obtain)
• Board-certified PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)
• DEA certification required
• 1+ years of outpatient psychiatry experience required
• Strong diagnostic and medication management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
