About Us
Classic Home Health Services is currently hiring multiple PRN clinicians to join our growing home health team serving Orange and Seminole Counties. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Medical Social Workers to provide exceptional patient care in the home setting.

We utilize advanced tools such as Nestmed AI along with Kinnser (WellSky) EMR to help streamline documentation, improve efficiency, and allow clinicians to focus more on patient care.

Responsibilities May Include
- Provide discipline-specific therapy or social work services in the home setting
- Conduct evaluations, treatments, and reassessments as appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety, wellness, and disease management
- Collaborate and communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Utilize AI-supported tools to enhance documentation efficiency and accuracy
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Florida license or certification for the respective discipline
- Home health experience preferred but not required (training may be provided)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned service areas
- Current CPR certification (where applicable)
Background Screening Requirement (Florida)
This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, as required by Florida law.
