Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services (SPBS) is a multidisciplinary, clinician-owned practice providing diagnostic assessments, ABA therapy, school readiness, and speech therapy for children ages 2–10. The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced BCBA to join our collaborative clinical team. You’ll conduct assessments, design and oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and ensure data-driven, high-quality care.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Hold (or are within 6–9 months of) AZ BCBA licensure
  • Have 1–2 years of direct clinical or therapy experience
  • Are detail-oriented, motivated, and value excellence and innovation
  • Thrive in a positive, team-based environment
  • Are passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful progress

Preferred Experience:
Parent training, social skills instruction, early intensive behavioral intervention, verbal behavior, data-based decision-making, and staff development.
