Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based (Osceola County)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM

Hours: 35 hours per week

About the Position:

Bright Future Therapy Soulutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a school setting. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, a supportive clinical team, and an opportunity to make meaningful impact in a child’s educational environment.

Responsibilities;

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.

Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Support students in the classroom and throughout the school day (transitions, specials, lunch, recess, etc.).

Maintain detailed session documentation that meets insurance and company compliance standards.

Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and supervisors to ensure consistency in interventions.

Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements;

Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Current Osceola County School District badge (must already have or be approved for one).

Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience (school experience strongly preferred).

Reliable transportation and consistent Monday–Friday availability.

Strong data collection, communication, and teamwork skills.

Position Details

W-2 employment (not contractor).

35 hours per week (8:15 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday–Friday).
