Remote Locum Tenens Behavioral Health Consultant – LCSW, LPC or LMFT

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant – LCSW, LPC or LMFT to join our digital-first, primary care medical group on a part-time, locum tenens basis. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services within an innovative, technology-enabled care model.

As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate closely with primary care and specialty providers to support a diverse patient population. This position is ideal for clinicians who value patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and the use of data and technology to improve outcomes.

Details:

• $65.00 per hour
• Part-time: 16 hours per week
• Structured, recurring weekly schedule with designated patient care blocks
• Provide virtual psychotherapy services to patients residing in Massachusetts
• Conduct 30–45 minute therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Flexible, fully remote work environment

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing telehealth services strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
• Comfort working within a collaborative, team-based care model
• Proficiency with electronic health records and digital health platforms
• Additional active licenses in OR, CA, MD, TX, TN, and/or participation in PsyPact preferred
• Professional fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) and cultural competency in working with Spanish-speaking populations is a plus
