Loss Prevention Agent - Full Time

Loss Prevention & Security Agent Position Summary:

The Loss Prevention & Security Agent position is a full time, on-site position responsible for ensuring the protection of assets, property and personnel through prevention, monitoring and apprehension. This position reports to the Loss Prevention Supervisor.

Loss Prevention & Security Agent Salary & Benefits

$19.50 per hour.  Increases available upon attaining required certifications and being released for arrests. Loss Prevention & Security Agent Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer behavior on the digital Closed Circuit television system and on the sales floor
• Approach and interview suspected shoplifters in accordance with store policy and applicable law
• Write reports and occasionally testify in court.
• Participate in safety inspections and ensure safety protocols are being followed
• First responder for situations requiring First Aid and CPR.
• Transfer of necessary items between satellite store locations, including mail services
• Commitment to promoting the standards and principals of the Duck Store's customer service program.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Compensation details: 19.5-19.5 Hourly Wage
