We’re looking for a fully licensed LCSW to join our team in our Westminster office, with the option to see clients in Boulder one day per week.

Your Role:

As a clincial therapist at Coalta, you’ll:

• Provide individual and/or family therapy (in-person + telehealth)
• Work with a diverse caseload (private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, direct referrals from Adams County CFS)
• Develop thoughtful clinical conceptualizations and treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community systems
• Maintain timely and ethical documentation
• Participate in consultation and supervision spaces
• Grow your clinical voice and areas of interest

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds an active Colorado LCSW license (or soon to be)
• Has experience working with children, teens, and/or families
• Values trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Is collaborative, communicative, and open to feedback
• Enjoys both autonomy and team connection
• Is excited to grow within a developing practice (currently a team of 4)

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid LCSW licensure in Colorado
• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Commitment to delivering culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
• Organizing abilities, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and good with time management.
• Conscientious self-starter who embraces and enjoys autonomous work.

Compensation: This is a Fee-for-Service position, where you receive 70% of completed service revenue (ranging from $65 to $80/hour).

The 70/30 split means you receive 70% of the revenue from your completed sessions. The remaining 30% covers the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that supports your work, including:

• Insurance billing and claims follow-up
• Scheduling and administrative coordination
• Office space and utilities
• EHR, documentation systems, and compliance
• Marketing and referral development
