Our goal is to create flexible, manageable caseloads while giving BCBAs the operational support they need to focus on clinical outcomes instead of administrative chaos.

We are currently hiring a BCBA in Kansas City, Missouri to support our growing client base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and support RBTs/BTs

• Provide caregiver training and support

• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

• Maintain compliance with BACB and insurance requirements

Qualifications:

Required

• Active BCBA certification

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience with in-home ABA services

• Experience with telehealth supervision

• Multi-state licensure is a plus

Compensation

• $65–$95/hour depending on experience and responsibilities
