Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Travel Contract

We are hiring experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) for Adult & Pediatric Emergency Department behavioral health assignments in Washington State.

Position Details

• Specialty: LICSW / Behavioral Health / Psych ED
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: 06/08/2026

Available Shifts

• Days: 4x10-Hour | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Evenings/Nights: 4x10-Hour | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call

Compensation

• Competitive Weekly Pay Packages

Requirements

• Active Washington LICSW License required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Hospital or Psych ED experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome

Required Experience & Skills

• Crisis risk assessments for adult and pediatric patients
• Behavioral health / psychiatric emergency services
• Biopsychosocial assessments
• Individual and family counseling
• Care coordination and discharge planning
• Knowledge of:
• Medicaid / Medicare
• Child & Adult Protective Services
• Guardianship / Power of Attorney
• Drug & alcohol treatment resources
• Community assistance programs

Clinical Setting

• Adult & Pediatric Emergency Department
• Trauma Center / Teaching Hospital Environment
• Collaborative multidisciplinary team

Additional Information

• Float may be required to nearby sister facilities
• Every other weekend required
• All RTO must be requested at submission
