Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. In this role, you will develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans for teens and young adults with Level 1 and Level 2 Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your expertise and professional development will be put to use in working directly with clients, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and staff.
Building Bridges Behavioral Services primarily serves teenagers and adults in a highly social, clinic-based environment focused on meaningful skill development, independence, and community engagement. Most services occur in the clinic setting, with some sessions occurring in the community. Because many of our clients are school-aged, most clinical hours occur between approximately 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, though daytime hours are also available through our adult programming.
This position offers opportunities to participate in and help lead social groups, mentor future clinicians, and work directly with clients using your training and clinical expertise. At Building Bridges, BCBAs are active participants in treatment and are expected to engage directly with clients rather than solely directing RBTs from the sidelines. We also provide in-house training on our clinical processes, including the integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DNA-V, and social-emotional programming into ABA services.

- Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals to promote meaningful outcomes
- Manage and maintain your own recurring weekly schedule and caseload organization
