ABA Line Technician/RBT

Lagniappe Pediatrics Rehab & Therapy is looking for a caring and dependable Line Technician to work hands-on with children with autism and other developmental differences. You’ll support our therapy team by turning treatment plans into real-life progress — through play, learning, and family support.

What you’ll do:

• Work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, OTs, PTs, or SLPs.
• Collect simple data to track each child’s progress and celebrate their wins.
• Keep sessions fun, safe, and engaging (think games, play, and creativity).
• Communicate regularly with your supervising therapist or BCBA.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience working with children (teaching, childcare, nannying, therapy aide — all welcome!).
• Patient, playful personality and willingness to follow structured plans.
• Reliable transportation to visit families across the New Orleans & Baton Rouge areas.
• RBT certification a plus — but we can help you train & certify if you don’t have it yet.
