*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Counselor (LPC, LCPC, LCSW). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and social work, with a focus on providing support to individuals facing various challenges, including those with neurodevelopmental or mood disorders . This role requires a commitment to enhancing the well-being of clients through effective therapeutic interventions and collaboration with other professionals.

*Responsibilities*

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.

- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to support children with special needs and behavioral health challenges.

- Engage in research activities to stay updated on best practices in social work and behavioral health.

- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary resources within the community.

*Requirements*

- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.

- Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

- Experience working with children and families, particularly those affected by autism or mood disorders.

- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Ability to conduct research related to clinical practices and contribute to program development initiatives.
