ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 13-year-old client for approximately 18-20 hours per week. If you're passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we'd love to have you on our team.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (3:30 - 5:30pm) + Saturday, Sunday (5-6 hours, flexible)


Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
  • Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
  • Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
  • Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Current RBT certification
  • Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
