Winding Rivers Counseling is seeking a fully licensed therapist who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and collaborative, client-centered care. This full-time outpatient role is designed for clinicians who want the freedom to shape their work while engaging clients as active participants in the therapeutic process.
Our primary focus includes children, adolescents, families, and trauma. We’re looking for a clinician who feels energized by this work and is committed to supporting meaningful change alongside clients, while continuing to grow their own clinical voice.

Your Role
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients, integrating clinical expertise with their goals, values, and strengths
- Provide individual therapy with opportunities to incorporate family involvement
- Maintain timely, organized electronic health records
- Coordinate care and collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to support client progress
- Provide crisis support as needed for your caseload
- Option to participate in multidisciplinary and administrative meetings
Who You Are
- A fully licensed clinician in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Passionate about working with children, adolescents, and trauma populations
- Committed to ethical, strengths-based, and client-centered care
- Interested in continuing to grow your clinical skills and areas of focus

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually
- 120 hours PTO per year
- 7 paid holidays

Schedule
- Full-time
- 40 scheduled hours, 25-28 client contact hours per week
Education & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (required)
- Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required)
