About Arrive Therapy

Arrive Therapy is a trans-focused, all LGBTQ+ counseling practice in Paoli, PA. Arrive Therapy provides affirming, specialized mental health services for the transgender, non-binary, and whole LGBTQ+ community. Our team of licensed therapists all identify as LGBTQ+. These shared lived experiences allows the therapists to bring deep personal understanding along with clinical expertise to support gender diverse and queer clients.

We are a private pay, non insurance based practice.

Position Summary

The Psychiatric Provider will deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals experiencing mental health disorders. This role includes conducting diagnostic evaluations, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and wellness. The provider will work with patients across a range of conditions, ensuring compassionate, culturally competent, and patient-centered care.

Individuals will be prioritized who have:

• Lived experience as part of the LGBTQ community
• Knowledge, experience about working with transgender, gender diverse clients.
• Experience and comfort working with lesbian, gay, bisexual clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in peer consultations, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of clinical practice.

Qualifications

• For Psychiatrist: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school; completion of psychiatric residency; board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry; active PA state medical license.
• For Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing; board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC); active PA state NP and prescriptive authority licenses.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with diverse populations and electronic health record systems preferred.

Work Environment

• Outpatient hybrid Paoli office and telehealth
• Flexible telehealth and in person scheduling.
• Admin support and scheduling provided.
• EHR and systems needed will be provided.
• Liability insurance under the company provided.

Compensation

• 50% of client revenue from client sessions
• Hourly rate for other duties

Pay: $110.00 - $150.00 per hour
