Manage intake process of new clients
Data entry
Maintain positive client relationships
Set up/schedule classes
Learn and get to know counselors, place clients with who would be a good fit.
Must have excellent telephone etiquette and have experience in customer service.
Knowledge of HIPAA preferred.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
