Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)

Overview

Evergreen Community Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) to join our growing behavioral health team. This position is primarily virtual, providing outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout North Carolina.

Position Details

• Fully virtual therapy position
• Minimum of 20 hours weekly required
• Additional hours available based on clinician preference and caseload
• Minimum of one in-home client visit per month required
• Flexible scheduling opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient therapy services to assigned clients
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and related documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid, clinical, and company documentation standards
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using HIPAA-compliant platforms
• Complete at least one monthly in-home visit with assigned clients as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with peer support staff and treatment teams when needed
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LCSWA license required
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduling effectively
• Reliable internet access and technology for virtual sessions
• Reliable transportation for required monthly in-home visits

Compensation

• $45–$55 per completed session based on experience and qualifications
